This little creature found in an ancient forestrepresents the nature's fastest mutation and adaptation, rather than evolving throughgenerations after generations, it developed an astonishing ability to evolve simultaneouslyon a single entity, thus giving it the edge to survive without lethal claws or fangs.

Now it’s just perching ona tree, trying to sheds its skin by rubbing the tail between the branch.

Though the tail remains somewhatlike reptile or eel, its body has already evolved like mammal, only still coveredin furs and some feathers. 

虽然它的尾巴仍然类似爬行动物或鳗，但它的身体已经进化成为了哺乳动物，只是同时覆盖着毛发与羽毛。

And the most intriguing traitsare the flying organs, even though feather wings are quite versatileunder all circumstances, it still has some structures left behind like batwings and insect wings, why they haven’t become vestigial is still a mystery,but it indicates the creature is able to control multiple same-functioned organseffectively.

最有趣的还是它的飞行器官，虽然羽翼在各类情况下都十分好用，但它仍然保留了类似蝙蝠膜翼和昆虫膜翼的结构，为何这些器官没有退化仍然是个谜，但这也表明了它能够有效控制多个同功能的器官。
